“Lock and Key does it again! This is our third experience with Lock and Key Home, and thanks to owner Kim Jones and her staff, the third time was the BIGGEST charm.
We had to leave town and leave our sold house in the hands of Kim. We were on an eight-week time schedule to get everything moved out and ready for the new owners. This included putting the things we wanted to keep in storage, selling the stuff that we wanted to get rid of, and staging (cleaning etc.) the house for the new owners. I had a meeting with Kim, and we went over all the details of what we needed to do, and she took over from there; we sat back and watched from a distance. She handled everything, moving the “KEEPS” to storage, having an online auction to sell the excess, meeting inspectors, and being our ground-level representative anytime it was needed. She did this with the UTMOST satisfaction, and went way beyond the normal requirements to make sure that everything was exactly as we would have wanted it to be done.
We met the deadline and the new owners are thrilled. We could not have done this without Lock and Key Home and Kim Jones.
