1. Maintenance sessions are only to be used for spaces previously organized by Lock and Key Home.

1. Maintenance sessions are billed on either a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis depending on the package selected.

2. 30 days notice is required to cancel a maintenance membership subscription.
